MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
A full floor fit out for a Canadian based company, Fairfax Financial, which represented the demolition and rebuild of a former multi-floor Wall Street data center. Additionally, the team tested new furniture and equipment in advance of Fairfax’s regional headquarters rebuild at 305 Madison Avenue, Morristown, also performed by KG.
BENCHMARKS:
101 Hudson is a landmark building on the Jersey City waterfront. This refit conducted with Mach Cali, at the time was conducted in a shortened time line that required close coordination with the Jersey City Building Dept. Four components of the KG firm participated to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated effort.
