The design for a three story, 125,000 sf speculative office building. Approved in 2002 for the Gale Company the site and project has since been acquired by Mack Cali Realty.
Consisting of three 42,000 sf floors over a single level of covered parking the structure L shaped and easily divides into two 20,000 sf tenant areas and is further divisible to 3,000 sf. Special emphasis was placed on providing multiple corner offices for these small tenant divisions while maintaining contiguous floor space for larger tenants.
Structure consists of a 30x45 grid and the space is virtually column free front to back base on this configuration.
Aluminum and glass skin with sand blasted decorative precast panels, the project includes a two story atrium entry and direct core access from the lower parking structure and rear parking areas which is arranged around a decorative retention pond reconfigured for this plan.
