Involved Subsidiaries:The development of a major addition to the firm's headquarters location. The expansion more than doubled the size of the original building and was built in a contemporary style with materials that complemented the previous structure, which had been built in the early seventies.
The project - a build to suit agreement between The Gale Company and Stephen Gould - utilized the architectural design and planning services of The Kimmerle Group, who went on to fully furnish the facility. Work included a refit of the existing structure on a direct basis by Workspace, Inc., The Kimmerle Group's procurement/furniture division.
The project program included administrative, sales, executive, cafe and support functions as well as a general upgrade of the quality and finishes of interior spaces in the existing structure.

Completed in 2002, the Stephen Gould headquarters project is a good example of targeted services by TKG in alliance with a longtime partner of the firm, the Gale Company.
