Law Offices of Ernie Buff

Involved Subsidiaries:The design of a 3,000 sf law office in a freestanding building provided as raw space in a condominium purchase agreement from Advance Realty.
Mr. Buff operates a personal, boutique practice, and is personally involved in each and every case. He required a space that provided absolute comfort for the long hours and intense periods of work he performs for each case.
The design incorporates traditional elements the Kimmerle Group has previously utilized in our own offices years ago. Those elements are now incorporated into a multi story facility with a two story entry that features a decorative stair and a central support/file area.
The interior of the space was significantly upgraded, including structural upgrades for a third floor conversion of attic spaces and a rolling/condensed file system.
Built by the Walsh Company, this project represented their first construction assignment as a new company when founded in 2006.

A wonderful example of an extremely high-end, traditional interior space for legal offices. Built as an unusual offering from a commercial developer, but contracted with the Kimmerle Group on a direct basis with full project design and project management services. The project incorporated Kimmerle Newman Architects’ architectural design services with Workspace Inc.’s procurement and specification capacity for a successful build out including custom furniture and built-ins.
