X. Cindy Cui, AIA, LEED AP
A graduate of the HeBei Institute of Technology in China and Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental design with Masters of Architecture, with involvement in the continuing education programs at Harvard University, Ms. Cui is a Senior Associate in The Kimmerle Group.
With vast experience designing commercial, institutional and residential complexes in Europe, Asia and the United States, Ms. Cui’s technical and 3D skills make her a master at creating stunning architectural representations to enable clients to visualize their projects long prior to completion.
Among the many projects which epitomize Ms. Cui’s abilities to integrate the latest in architectural, urban design and interior design principles are several projects for Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, three school additions and renovations for Elmira School District in Elmira NY, Visiting Nurse Association office in Somerset County, NJ, Crum and Forster Regional Office in CA, Raritan Bay Medical Center Master plan in Perth Amboy, NJ and the SUNY Downstate master plan in Brooklyn, NY.
Ms. Cui is a registered architect in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Bhebishan Achaibar
A native of Guyana, South America and a graduate of the School of Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mr. Achaibar holds a Bachelors of Architecture, a Masters of Architecture and a Masters of Infrastructure Planning. Mr. Achaibar has extensive experience in both residential and commercial architecture, and also in construction management throughout the tri-state area. He has joined The Kimmerle Group as a Senior Project Manager.
Because of his experience and facility in navigating the complex municipal and state legislation governing development and construction practices, Mr. Achaibar has managed a wide variety of projects, including the Army Corp of Engineers Flood Planning and Control in Bound Brook, NJ, the US Military Academy Stadium Reconstruction at West Point, and several New Jersey Economic Development Authority school renovations in New Jersey. He has also owned and operated a residential design-build firm in NJ.
Since joining Kimmerle Architecture he has been involved with numerous medical projects including the Morris County Imaging MRI Facility, Freehold Radiology MRI and Mammography Center, Suny Downstate Medical Facility in Brooklyn, NY and with residential projects including the Spectrum for Living expansion in Closter, NJ, a new 9,000 sqft. residence in FL and the Dixon Mills Conversion of 467 rental apartments to condos in Jersey City, NJ.
Helen Geller, CID
Received a degree in Environmental Design from Syracuse University and has more than 25 years experience in creating innovative interior designs for an extensive variety of corporate, retail, casino and hospitality projects.
Ms. Geller’s expertise in design planning, project management, finish selection and furniture procurement has benefited Kimmerle’s corporate clientele. A partial list includes Crum & Forster, AvisBudget, and Realogy. In addition, she works with major real estate developers, such as Advance Properties and Vision Equities, to produce and project manage tenant-fit-out and public lobby space design. As part of Kimmerle’s design team, Ms. Geller has just completed Matheson TriGas and Wells Fargo corporate offices, which integrated the clients’ ‘Branding Image’ as part of the total design.
Past high profile projects include: Ballys and Tropicana Casinos and Hotel in New Jersey; Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel in Colorado, Louisiana and Mississippi; and Belagio retail shoppes in Las Vegas. She also has extensive experience in the design and planning of medical office suites which includes Jersey Shore Medical Center and Palisades Medical Center, both in New Jersey.
Ms. Geller is a certified interior designer.
