Over ten years working with this giant franchisee of hotels; real estate, travel, home and moving resources; and tax services. As Cendant grew and matured by absorbing new companies and rapidly expanding, we worked alongside in helping helping them grow from 100,000 sf to well over a million square feet at their six-building worldwide headquarters. These full corporate facilities have included high end executive offices, cafeterias, fitness centers, training centers, branding elements, parking garages, data centers, and landscaping.
Projects varied widely, from small bathroom renovations to a 377,000 sf building which required a phased move-in within a six month timeframe from start to finish. Critical to the relationship has been our ability to maximize our staff and office resources at a moment's notice to take on each and every varying assignment, no matter how big or small. Client partnerships are about working in unison through projects of every magnitude.
In addition to their corporate offices, our particular expertise was requested for select projects in Houston, Virginia Beach, Norwalk, and New York City.
And as Cendant has chosen to spin off its different group divisions into separate companies, various new assignments in the last year and a half have resulted, including:
