A new prototype was created for a typical real estate sales office for this extremely successful residential real estate firm. Comfort, modernity, hidden technology were the key program requirements. The desire was to create a smaller footprint that catered to prospects. Stations for agents are shared hotlelnig stations where folks can come in and meet with clients. Glassed in conference rooms with large flat screens to display virtual tours were built as small jewel-like boxes below the high ceiling. The space is a combination of traditional elements with exposed brick, stamped metal ceilings, and wood floors with new glass and steel insertions. Modern, attractive colors and fabrics were blended with the traditional components to create a sense of calm and comfort.
The sales office is up front on a major town green, with flat screens in the front window looping properties for sale. The rear area is the corporate offices.

Due to KNA’s longevity and wide experience in the area, they also happened to be the building architect for the leasor and are architects for the parent company of Burgdorff.
