The real estate development arm of The Kimmerle Group, SSA has practiced experience and success in the development of infill projects in office, housing, and mixed uses. With a special affinity for preservation assignments, and the redevelopment and conversion of historic sites, the firm has engaged in private, public and private/public joint venture undertakings at multiple scales and complexity.
Two associated companies, Kimmerle Downstate, LLC and Kimmerle Raritan Bay, LLC are engaged in significant assignments as fee developers for institutional entities in the health care area.

TGK Urban Design Workshop
TGK has been engaged in private, institutional and community planning and urban design assignments since its inception. TKG Research Alliance
TKG is continually engaged in undertakings that integrate our professional and academic resources. With academic postings at both New York University, Rutgers University, Essex County College and Visiting Speaker roles at both Pratt Institute, NJIT and elsewhere, the firm is positioned to accept assignments through grant and foundation sponsorship and which touch on issues of academic research with practical professional practice applications.
